So day three of Juice Cleanse Almost OVER!
I haven’t put one fucking morsel of food in my mouth yet, I am so proud of myself considering I am a food addict lol -_- I am going to see if I can do this until tuesday night, and then come off of the cleanse with a diet consisting of only raw foods for a couple weeks or so!
Every morning I have been waking up with a glass of luke warm water with lemon, and a hot shower. I have documented all of the recipes I have done so far so I shall share right now! :D
Day One:
For breakfast:
-2 apples, 1 pear, around 6 strawberries, Orange! It was so fucking yummmyyy like omg.
I was just going to do three recipes a day but I was so hungry a couple hrs after my first drink that I had to make a second one.
Mid Morn:
-Handful of strawberries, 1/2 cucumber and then I blended it with a banana. I know youre not supposed to do any kind of blending but i needed some kind of substance to get me through this first day heh
Lunch:
-4 carrots, 1 cup of spinach, 3 celery stalks. It didn’t produce as much juice as the others and was a GOD AWFUL fucking color it turned me off to it so i just chugged it haha
Dinner:
-1/2 beet, 1/2 cucumber, 5 carrots. FUCKING DISGUSTING. I know beets are super good for detoxing but holy shit the taste of them when theyre juiced is just…ugh. I hate it haha
Day Two:
I was actually feeling super good when I woke up, I got around 7 hours of sleep. Usually when I get that low of amount of sleep I want to murder things and stuff.
For Breakfast:
-Orange 1/2 Grapefruit apple, 7 strawberries, pear! Very light and refreshing as FUCK. I love the fruity drinks in the morning, and then transition into the veggie drinks as the day goes on.
Mid Morn:
-About 8 med. stalks of asparagus 5 carrots, 5 celery stalks. This was surprisingly SUPER bomb! Before I made this drink my body was feeling like it was shutting down, and then when I drank this it gave me an extra boost of energy that lasted a couple hours!
Lunch:
-1” knob of ginger, 2 apples, 3 carrots, 1/2 orange! This was way yummy, I loveeee how ginger tastes in juices, and the orange balanced the tang of everything out perfectly!
Dinner:
-1/2 beet, 4 celery stalks, handful of spinach, ginger, apple. Okay okay, I had to give beets another try, so I put an apply in the mix to kind of mellow out the flavor but NO just FUCKING NO. i hate them still lol after drinking this I had to go to bed cause I was getting hardcore cravings to eat food haha
Day Three:
Oh man, today was probably the hardest on my body and brain. I felt sluggish, had HORRID headaches and tummy aches, and was so sleepy D:
Breakfast:
-7 Strawberries, 1/2 honeydew, 1/2 grapefruit. MY FAVORITE BREAKFAST DRINK YET. gawhhh I made two glasses of it hehe
Mid Morn:
-3 carrots, 2 celery, 1 apple. After breakfast I got ready to go out to apartment hunt and felt fine, and then 20 mins before we left I felt like blacking out, so I had to make something to hold me over until we got home! This was a pretty solid drink, in taste and in how I felt afterwards.
Lunch:
-Ginger, Cucumber, Celery, 1/3 lemon, 1/2 lime. I pretty much just threw a bunch of shit together for this one haha it tasted BOMB like super tangy and tart though cause I put too much citrus in, Ben hated it but I thought it was gewd :>
Dinner:
-1 1/2 cucumber 1/2 lime 1/2 honeydew ginger, serrano pepper. Im still drinking this motherfucker. THIS DRINK IS A BEAST. So fucking spicy, but all the flavors work perfectly.Probably my favorite dinner drink so far!
All day today I almost was at the breaking point of eating something thats how shitty I felt, but I told myself NO! Because I think this is going to be the hardest day yet, and I want to really see if I have the will power and self control to do this. I have been drinking ALOT of water as well, which is a must, and warm teas. I will be making a detox tea before I go to bed tonight YAY! And yes, I know this is gross but I need to empty mah colon out tomorrow in order to see the full effect and success of this. oh man, hahah
