Yoga?!
So I have had this yoga video for agesss that Ben got me for xmas, and I never opened it until yesterday. I just had an urge to, and I did it and it felt FABULOUS. So I am going to try to keep up with it everyday!
Wish me luck lmfao I’m so bad at keeping my self word with exercising. I think this will be a great way to start and stretch out my muscles and whatnot because I am not flexible ONE BIT hahah
I have tried doing the whole running thing, but my knees are shot from swimming for 10 years, always pushing off the wall, so I do not want to create anymore problems than I already have with them.
